Hello Gang,
This has been a busy week in many ways and I am pleased with the way you are applying yourselves to the development phase of the production. We now have a rough budget figure (which I will not be releasing to the public) and it will be a challenge - but I’m sure you are up to it. I am particularly happy with the work done by Jonno who continues to be the rock around which the rest of the team swim whether they know it or not, and Kim who is doing great work as your set designer and promotions gal.
Things are about to get a little more complicated as we must soon attend our set play for this unit so we will have to put aside some time to prepare for that. Be ready.
Scott is working like a trojan at the directing of the play and ther acting - well, we hjave a long way to go yet, but already there are lots of “laugh until you cry” moments! Special mention to Mel as the gorgoeusly bitchy Dympie!
Keep those folios under control - do a little often, and you will be fine - next audit is next week - and didn’t that come around quickly?!

hey scotty i like the site very nice and spiffy, ill make sure my audit will be up to date. Also just for the record im in the staff for the school musical but i need further instructions on what ill be doing.

yeah actually today was’nt a complete waist of time. I spoke with the kid who was sitting near the lighting station and he explained to me how the system works. It looked pretty cool but i have the easy part, im not the one controlling all the gadgets. What i realised as well is that we dont have lights permantly in the space and we have to grab them from the stage.
Either way i had no idea what i was doing today, goof and i said if you need us call us but nothing happened so we figured were kinda redundant.
Personally i dont care if i have to go or not, if you really want me to go then i will help out.
Just let me know what im doing.
