… and here we are less than a month away from the show season (Stage Three) and so much has happened! Congratulations on your excellent folio audits and coping with the stress associated! Everything is in place to produce a wonderful play, and I invite any of our regular Vineblogs readers to come along to see what we have managed to put together at 10.00am and 6.00pm on May 20th and 6.00pm on May 21st in the SPACE at the Besen Performing Arts Centre, Burwood. Call 9808 5722 to book - $10.00 flat rate. I will attempt (in my usual cack-handed technologically clumsy way) to upload a publicity poster for our production of “After Dinner”. On behalf of the Scopus Theatre Studies team (or should I say “Ready, Steady, Act! productions) we send our best wishes for huge success to the “Farmhouse Productions” team at Aitken College, whose progress we have been following closely. We do intend to lurk amongst your audience at the Mechanics Institute once our production is done and, on behalf of the team, I invite you to come along and break bread with us at our performances of “After Dinner” - literally - as we are going for a modified dinner theatre set-up.
